Shoppers post requests for items they want from specific countries. Travelers browse these requests, purchase the items during their trip, and deliver them upon return. Payment is held in escrow and released once the shopper confirms receipt.

QIs BringIt available worldwide?

Yes! BringIt operates globally. You can request items from any country and connect with travelers heading to your destination.

For Shoppers

QHow much does it cost?

You pay the item price plus a reward for the traveler (you set this amount). BringIt charges a 5% fee on the item price. There are no hidden fees or shipping costs.

QWhen do I pay?

Payment is held in escrow when a traveler accepts your request. It's only released to the traveler after you confirm receipt of the item.

QWhat if the item never arrives?

If the traveler doesn't deliver as agreed, you get a full refund from escrow. Our platform includes buyer protection for all transactions.

QCan I request any item?

You can request most retail items, but prohibited items include: weapons, illegal substances, counterfeit goods, or anything that violates customs regulations.

For Travelers

QHow do I earn money as a traveler?

Browse open requests for your destination, accept requests that match your trip, purchase the items, and deliver them to the shopper. You earn the reward amount set by the shopper.

QWhen do I get paid?

Payment is released from escrow once the shopper confirms they received the item. Funds are transferred to your account within 2-3 business days.

QWhat if I can't find the item?

If an item is unavailable, communicate with the shopper immediately. You can cancel the request with no penalty if done before purchase.

QAm I responsible for customs duties?

No. Shoppers are responsible for all customs duties and import taxes in their destination country. Make sure to declare items correctly.

Safety & Trust

QHow is my money protected?

All payments are held in secure escrow. Funds are only released when both parties fulfill their obligations. Shoppers must confirm receipt before travelers get paid.

QHow do you verify users?

We require email verification for all users. Travelers can get verified status by uploading ID documents and travel proof. Look for the verified badge.

QWhat happens if there's a dispute?

Our support team mediates all disputes. We review evidence from both parties and make fair decisions. In case of fraud, we work with authorities.
